She shared that in order to get to a higher state of understanding, we need to continue the inner work of letting go of our attachments to our “stories”. And those in our lives who we continue to harbor unresolved emotions towards. Letting go doesn’t mean we forget what that person was to us, good or bad, or the lessons we learned from them… But instead whats most important is transmuting the story of that relationship into the act of forgiveness, moving on and remembering that who we were while in that situation, is not who we ARE.

I hope you enjoy this meditation and take all the time you need to let go of the actions of others (and don’t forget to forgive yourself as well.)

I hope you are keeping yourselves in a good place this week!

May has been so energetically heavy with transitions and revelations, but the clarity is on another level.

It’s like when you were a kid and you began rolling down a grassy hill thinking it will be fun, but as you picked up speed you quickly realized that now grass is in your mouth, your limbs are flailing, and you can’t tell when you’ll finally reach the bottom of the hill because you’re spinning too fast.

WHEW!

The message this week is from Archangels Gabriel and Uriel who speak on the disorienting contrast/duality (that grassy hill) of the Earth realm and how to find your creative power within a realm that holds so much weight.

If there is an angelic code to call on right now its Gabriel and Uriel, whose codes are of the throat and third eye chakras.

♥️Please remember that Angels are constantly by your side…they are not separate from you. They are your codes of light constantly emanating from YOU.

• Angel Message: Simplicity reveals Truth

Hi Angels!

Lately, Archangel Gabriel (direction of intention and energy) and Uriel (clarity of mind and vision) have been showing up with many messages for me to share.

They seem to be working closely together to help humanity become aware of how we are spending our time, where we are putting our energy and how to break through the illusions that are placed in front of us blinding us from the Truth (with a capital T).

Oh how I’ve missed sharing these messages….

Hi Angels!

So many signs this spring were pointing me to share again through Substack and my Youtube channel.

The last two years I went through a lot of experimenting with how I wanted to share all that is in my heart.

Recently I found on my computer a few messages and meditations that I recorded but never finished editing. I listened to them and felt my heart open again. I cried, listened again…and couldn't believe how relevant the messages felt to the inner work i’ve been going through.

I thought a lot about why I stopped.

The hours of editing, the visions and messages that felt too foggy in my consciousness to share, the pressure to get it right, the insecurity of making videos and having very little feedback assuming no one out there was listening.

Then at different times throughout the last several months, three different people told me how much they had loved the meditations. Each time I was like “hmmmm..ok”, but when the third person told me, she said something that I needed to know.

That the messages were necessary. Even if just for a few listeners. It was important work to continue.

People were out there listening, and it impacted them enough to tell me two years later….at just the time I needed to hear it.

It felt like yet another sign to start again.

So this past week I recorded my first meditation in a long time. I let go of my perfectionism and the idea of needing the perfect setup, hair done, or my sound bowls etc and just read from my journal from 2 years ago adding on a short meditation. I hope you enjoy!

Archangel Uriel says:

Dreamwork is the work of the one whose eyes are open and can see the language of God is symbolism.

Dreams are portals to endless dimensions you simultaneously exist within. 

Dreams are a catalyst for healing when you allow yourself to learn from every dream experience.

This takes courage and strength to quiet the doubts of the mind.

Most of all it takes rest.

Rest of your body, yes.

But we ask you to rest the mind.

Rest and allow yourself to dream with the heart as the navigating force.

Right within the symbolism of your dreams is a map with clues that hold up a mirror to your celestial cosmic nature. Work with this map and hold it as sacred.

If you find that you do not dream it is because you do not dream with the heart in your waking state. You do not take time to form ideas that will elaborate your subtle reality. In your waking state you must daydream with a heart that surrenders to its own imagination. 

What you do in your waking state affects your dream state as they are one and the same stream of consciousness. 

Your dreams allow great opportunities for healing. Great opportunities to enlighten yourself to the wisdom of the realms beyond vision. 

Do you see now that you have the medicine to heal yourself even as you rest.

You must pay attention within those dreams in order to dream with clarity. Call on us to help with this. To clear the mind of unnecessary chatter that distracts you from the visions placed before you. 

They are symbols pointing you home. 

They are messages waiting to be received. 

Eliminate the distractions so you can see clearly.

Do not judge your dreams and put them in boxes of good and bad.

All dreams, all visions, all moments of imagination are portals to the worlds that hold the answers to all questions. 

Dream and heal dear ones. 

Dream and find peace. 

Dream and discover the language of God.

Dreamwork happens even in the waking state.

When waking from a dream that was unsettling, unfinished, or confusing, we ask you to take a moment in prayer to finish the dream. 

Finish the dream with your heart, not with the emotional mind. Do not label the dream as good or bad, but simply a message to pay attention to. 

Take a moment in your waking state, close your eyes and see the dream ending in a way that brings you peace. In a way that brings those who were accompanying you in the dream peace. 

Return to the place of the dream, feel yourself within that space once again, and choose the outcome. Change things that did not express love. If you dream you have lost something, take a moment and imagine yourself finding it. 

If you dream of a loved one whom you wish you could hold one more time, slow down your reaching, and imagine yourself in the dream again, holding them and telling them how much you love them. Help the people you were with in the dream. Do what you need to do to finish the dream with the intent for peace to be held within that realm.

We guide you, we hold you, we protect you in all realms. Dream and find healing. Dream and find peace.

Your dreams are shared realms, just as this waking one is. Your dreams hold missions, goals, lives that you live alongside your current one.  

The sooner you see this, the sooner you can find the ability to integrate wisdom from the many lives and the many experiences you have. 

When you integrate your dream realities to this one, you remember your cosmic universal Self, that which is intimately intertwined with all that exists. You touch your cosmic awareness.

You find your worlds begin to sync with one another and discover opportunities to influence and pour your awareness into each realm with ease. 

Finish your dreams with the imagination of a child. With one that still believes in change and magic. Take the time to reimagine yourself fully there in your dream again and create a new story. Your intent and focused imagination are powerful tools. Please use them. We guide you, we hold you, we protect you in all realms. Dream and find healing. Dream and find peace.

This week’s Angel Message comes right after Mimehka’s last message, reminding us all to pray for the children of our planet. She showed me a geometric shape from above and called The Seed of Catharsis. (See illustration below) When I looked closer she showed me this shape was made up of many beings praying in this formation.

It was absolutely beautiful and powerful to see. The beings making up this shape (I’m calling them the Angels of the Seed of Catharsis, since I wasn’t sure how to refer to them) took the visual form of monks, but in your own meditations you can envision them in a way that suits you. Remember angels are light and vibration, and so you can imagine them simply being orbs of light in this shape.

As you’ll hear in the message/meditation, they encourage you to envision this geometric shape when praying and better yet, imagine yourself among them praying side by side. I’ve uploaded two images of this shape for you to print out for your own space. I put one over the bed and in our living room.

Message from the Angels of the Seed of Catharsis:

This is the seed of change. The seed of life that eternally seeks to enlighten all hearts from ignorance and bring forth the colorful blossoms of wisdom. 

This formation of souls prays endlessly for all life to be transformed. We are held together by the love within the Mother Womb. The Creator Mother. In this space we like the cells of the body, arrange ourselves in a way that leads to the growth of the larger organism of existence. 

We pray. That is all. We are in constant prayer. We are prayer. When one tires. He leaves and moves on to another area of prayer. There he sits, refreshes his spirit. Redresses his heart. And continues back into the flow of our constant prayer.

• Part 2 of Cosmic Ancestor Mimehka’s (Mee-may-kah) message

This week’s Angel Message is part 2 of last week’s message. It again comes from Cosmic Ancestor Mimehka (Mee-may-kah), or MiMi as she referred to herself.

In Part 1 of her message she asks for your help to heal the pain and suffering caused to children on this planet and offers a visualization to help you pray for the children around the world as your inner child. Listen to it here.

This week Mimi asks that we understand the reason behind the warfare (physical, emotional, psychological) on childhood and how we even as adults can help what’s happening in the present while we heal our own childhood wounds.

Below you will find a summary of her message.

Mimehka says:

I want to explain to you further why we must protect and pray for the children.

The child is a metaphor for an idea. The ideas of the future. The ideas that change the world.

And so, you see, there is actually a war on ideas. On change and on spiritual growth. 

Your tools that you carry to construct your own ideas and to save the ideas of children everywhere… is prayer. 

Prayer is your tool. It is eternally sharpened and perfected for change. 

The war that covers your planet for centuries now is a war on your hope. It is a war on your faith. A war on your ideas. 

But deep within you, you are still but a child. You still have within you the innocence of an idea. The hopefulness of a prayer. 

It has been hidden from you… this wisdom, to know the immense power you carry right in your hands.  

But look down and see them. You still have in your hands, the very tools giving you the ability to pray and see change miraculously happen before your eyes. 

Mimehka ends her message with a story about a Monkey King. Which was not told to me but instead shown to me as a vision. It was a beautiful story and taught me a lot about slowing down to be present with my own inner child, my own biological children and my own hopes, prayers and ideas.

First off I’m sharing with you this beautiful Water Ancestral Prayer to remove Obstacles: A Mantra from our Cosmic Grandmother, The Hoichol people of ancient Mexico called her. Haramara, the ocean grandmother.

This mantra was given to help “remove obstacles from your life and aid in the evolution of the planet”.

There has been and continues to be a war on the children. 

Prayer, even though it looks like inaction has immense power to transform the energies of Earth and the violence that prevails. 

We ask you to pray for the children who have been accustomed to violence for there is a wound in their heart that may take lifetimes to be tended to. 

Pray for those whose incarnation ended so soon and they must now repair in the Angelic Realms. They have our assistance in this because although their time on Earth was but a blink, there are many Soul lessons for them to still process. 

Here in the Angelic Realm we have infinite forms of healing of course. But your prayers assist us, your prayers cover their story with love and compassion for all they experienced. Your prayers lift the hearts for those who still walk the Earth mourning what has been lost.

Cycles of birth on Earth will continue and even flourish. And so we ask you to pray for those who will grow up hearing stories and embodying the history of generational pain. These prayers are also necessary.

Sending your inner child, and all the children across this Earth my prayers and I hope you will as well. ♥️

This week’s podcast is another energy Alignment Session held within the light of Archangel Azrael. We are also gifted a message from Cosmic Ancestor S’Cole.

I woke up Sunday morning hearing “S’Cole has a message for you”. I kept my eyes closed, waited and observed as a series of visions and messages poured from this Ancestor.

He did not mention when he and his people walked this earth, but showed me a vision of his Earth life where he was kneeling on the ground gazing towards the sky while wearing an African looking wooden mask shaped like the Sun.

Much of his message relates to the Earthly transition of Life and Death and the wisdom that comes from acceptance of the cycles our lives go through. He explains that his people studied the Sun and learned much about life and death from the Animal Kingdom.

But acceptance of this is not just about saying “yes, death happens”.He explained that now is the time to expand our Awareness of reality.

That when we actually immerse ourselves in the nature of life, detaching ourselves from achievements and things as well as ideas of what we consider a “lifespan” and “mortality” it opens our Awareness to what lies behind the veil of our narrow human perspective.

I was shown that S’Cole is from what Archangel Azrael called “The Hall of Ancestors” which is within Metatron’s Library and aligns with Azrael’s “doorway” of wisdom. In The Hall of Ancestors I was shown countless amounts of Wise Ancestors who patiently wait to reach out and help us.

Metatron’s Library holds the entire Angelic Realm and the wisdom of infinite lifetimes we live. To learn more about Metatron’s Library listen to this past podcast episode here.

I was only just introduced to this Hall of Ancestors and will share more on it as I learn. As you know if you’ve been part of this journey for a while, I like to call myself a Tour Guide of the Angelic Realm since I am still in the process of lifting the veil of memory of this cosmic wisdom. I’m still learning (or relearning) how to navigate this realm while in human form and translate the many messages I am shown.

Above you’ll find a Womb Alignment Prayer, which is focused on “Coming Home” to the Divine Cosmic Womb that we all originate from, and that we as women physically carry within us. I sat by the ocean on this cloudy and misty early morning. The dolphins were out swimming and there were orbs everywhere over the water.

As you see me looking around in the video I just couldn’t believe how many orbs I was seeing. It was such a beautiful moment for me. To pray and feel surrounded by the unseen realms and their loving supportive energy.

So, why a Womb Healing?

2 weeks ago, while in a deep sleep I had an energetic womb healing with Archangel Raphael.

In my dream I saw a group of whitish blue orbs coming from the sky full of stars. I noticed one spinning off from the group and suddenly felt it around me taking me away from my current dream scene. I became very alert and told myself to pay attention so I would remember this when I woke up.

I was brought to a familiar bedroom and laid down and felt unable to move my body (sleep paralysis). Immediately I felt a presence hovering over me and intense pressure on my womb. I looked over and saw my 5 year old son in the bed next to me who then reached out and held my hand, helping me cope with the discomfort. The pressure on my womb felt similar to pre-labor pain or very intense period cramps.

Even as I type it I feel it in my body once again.

Though the physical feeling was absolutely intense I wasn’t afraid since this was my 2nd time I’ve experienced this.

The first time I had an energetic womb healing was right before I had children. I was in my tiny San Diego apartment, meditating laying flat on the ground when I experienced a sense of sleep paralysis as a group of golden orbs and angelic forms surrounded my womb. Again I felt pressure (like period cramps) but not nearly as much as this time around.

This time, I couldn’t “see” or perceive who was performing this procedure over me. But I consciously turned to my son in the vision and asked him the color of the being.

He told me “green”, which is the color Archangel Raphael comes to me as.

As soon as my son said green I came out of the dream healing, back into my physical body.

It was 5am and my two sons were still in their deep sleep. My body felt heavy and immobile as I could still feel the sleep paralysis.

I also could still feel the intense sensations in my womb.

My womb felt tender the entire day.

I wasn’t near my cycle but my uterus felt swollen as if I was. I took it light on my workout and struggled to lay flat on the floor on my belly while reading with my kids. I couldn’t help but wonder what the healing was about since I didn’t receive any messages about it afterwards.

The following night I had a dream of being in a deep cave with hundreds of people. The ocean outside would fill up this cave every time the tide would come in.

We all knew we had to leave but everyone was too afraid to make a move, they held on to the side of the cave for dear life waiting for the tide to come back in.

But it never did.

I saw the way out and decided to leave, but no one else would. They were terrified in the cave almost enjoying their fears and hyping one another up about how much they should hold on to something nearby because the tide come be coming in at any moment.

As I worked my way out of this cave, seeing there was actually no danger, I realized the only way to get others out of the cave was to help them see their own way.

Help them realize that the story they were telling themselves was keeping them from even wanting to try to get out.

The cave felt like An astral womb. Symbolic of the potential we all have but our human experiences tie us to the fears we almost joyfully carry.

Unless we align ourselves with Source we never see clearly. We never leave that cave and we never birth ourselves into full form.

When I asked Raphael more about the womb healing I experienced, he called it an Alignment Session and showed me a vision of a red belt around my womb reconnecting to itself.

He reminded me of the impactful cave dream and that I knew how to help others get out of the stagnation a womb potential can carry, when filled with fear.

The womb is a massive energetic portal to our highest potential.

A portal to our God Consciousness.

I felt a deep sense to return to energy healing and 1:1 sessions. To the lineage of my Great grandfather Jesse, the backyard medicine man who would have dreams of herbs to heal those in his small South Carolina town.

I started facilitating energy healings back in 2016 after a dream of Jesse passing me an empty turtle’s shell, a reminder of the healing work I agreed to do in this lifetime, but in a way that was true to me. (more on that next week)

I rented a space and soon discovered most of my clients had healing that dealt with the womb.

Excessive bleeding, painful menstruation, infertility, general unworthiness tied to toxic relationships…these womb blockages were themes that seemed to repeat themselves.

So here I am again years later, asked to look closely at how to approach energy healing, starting with womb alignment and most importantly this time…

with the assistance of the Angels.

I'm beginning to work on a schedule to take 1:1 sessions again (virtually this time) and receiving mantras every night in the shower. (As some of you already know from a past podcast episode, Raphael works with water and mentions having a shower ritual. You can listen here.) My shower ritual has now become singing these prayers.

As I sing these mantras I feel a sensation in my womb. I feel and see star and water ancestors walking with me.

I feel the womb, this ancestral portal to all cosmic wisdom being activated and expressed.

The portal that holds the potential for miracles.

Last week I was looking at my son running across the room and thinking his pants were getting a bit small. In the same breath I picked up my phone and opened Youtube and immediately got an ad for pants.

Men’s pants… but it was close enough to make me feel chills up my spine.

I hadn't looked up pants on google so why was this the ad I was seeing other than the possibility my brainwaves were picked up on by AI, or even another idea that passed through my mind was that maybe I was influenced to think about pants. And that original thought wasn’t even “mine”.

Going down a rabbit hole here, I know.

If this seems far fetched let me just say, this technology of influencing our minds, predicting our thoughts and the follow up actions we will take has been around since the 50’s.

This has happened before to me but this time I felt like it was something I wanted to bring to the Angels.

I wanted to know what they thought of AI, social media, and its growing influence on how we behave and what we consume.

Last week we talked about letting go of identity to be our truest self.

So now you’re living your most authentic life right? Ideally yes, but at times we are still feeling resistance to the earth walk by having an unbalanced relationship with our bodies.

We have ideas of how our body should serve us, how much we should weigh, what we should look like, what we should be able to do. Feeling connected to God but still having to manage the many difficulties of having a body. Sudden back ache, injuries, illness, disease. These things happen.

We can find unbalance by being over consumed with this body and its limitations, and how it should be, or we even can disassociate with our body and reject it by neglecting our needs and the challenges we face while incarnate in this human form.

There is balance that can easily be attained.

Simply by accepting the body, knowing its perfectly working every moment to create balance down to our cells. Our job is to get the mind out of the way. Pay attention to the body enough to be in flow, finding sunshine, listening to what the body needs, but also allowing the body to do its job.

Be present in the moment you have, and all the wisdom it has. Find gratitude for each moment this vehicle, the body allows you to experience.

  When I first decided to follow the guidance of the angels and start a podcast sharing their wisdom I wanted it to be a audio only podcast. But to my surprise the angels asked me to “show myself”. (Aaaaaaghh!!!)

“NOOOO, on video?? Why?”

This is how I felt. It took me months of asking why. They gently kept nudging me and showing me why.

The why… was to heal.

To find bravery in being seen. To have no choice but to finally accept who I was, what I looked like, what I sounded like, my body, my oddities, the cringiest parts of my personality and to find beauty in just being the most me. The me I knew myself to always be but never showed.

It was easy living in my own little world as my most authentic self.

But I still had a lot to heal with presenting myself to the world as my most authentic self.

I found that although I felt I loved myself, I still felt my hair should always be done perfectly and I should have on the nicest clothes and some makeup if I was going to put myself on Youtube right?

But again, the Angels lovingly told me that showing myself would be an opportunity to heal the many years since a childhood that I self criticized, compared and silenced myself to be accepted and seen as lovable, successful and normal.

Showing myself and allowing myself to express who I am with no filter is to heal my inner child.

And as always Archangel Jophiel and her uplifting personality was there to remind to “lighten up” about it all.

I’m only 11 video Podcasts in, and while I still have days I look at myself on the screen and feel like “is this how I am??” I realize how much of that is actually coming from my ideas and self imposed identities standing in the way of my heart.

I hope you find some encouragement in this episode to live fully as your beautiful Self. As wacky and unattractive to others as (you think) it may be.

Because what you are, the pure energetic force that you are, is SO SO SO unbelievably gorgeous. And the more you live as that, the more your human representation of you will mirror ALL of that divinity. And that’s what we all love to see.

Tribes and cultures that live close to the land, as in relying on it for survival know this.

But for most of us, this bridge has been severed by convenience.

We are now able to survive, function and feel comfortable within our homes and never lay our feet on the ground. Forgetting about the entity of Mother Earth and her awareness because of this.

Azrael’s energy is like an ancient mountain who loving observes Earth and holds her wisdom deep within him.

It feels like he knows every inch of this planet and truly cares about protecting not only her heart but how our hearts all work together to bring peace and wellbeing to her realm.

He shared that he governs the ideas of time, presence, and intentionality behind being incarnate on this planet. That we must take our time to truly cherish each step of our spiritual journey here.

One night after diving into the Metatron’s Library meditation, I woke up around 3am with an Angel message written out in front of my mind’s eye. The message was showing me the “4 Roles” that we play within this reality.

I’ve trained myself to not overthink it when I’m given very specific and detailed messages like this and that its better to write it down while i’m still sleepy and keep my “Monica” mind out of it.

So I dragged myself out of bed, wrote these 4 roles down in my journal and then went back to sleep.

In the morning when I reread them I remembered more about what was said about how these roles are important to know in order to find self acceptance for every evolving part of ourselves and how we change roles throughout even the same lifetime.

I’ll be honest, at first it felt like it wasn’t important enough to make a podcast about. I thought this seems to be obvious.

But the Angel’s only wake me up to write something down if it’s something important and the more I sat with this message and relating it to Metatron’s library as the place that holds the wisdom of every kind of life we will ever live, these 4 roles started to seem VERY important to talk about.

So what are these roles?

These roles show how we are all playing a part within each others stories, and how special it is to have agreed to it all.

Yes, even that person that was rude to you in line at the store is the perfection of that role they are playing, and it was specifically for you at the exact time you needed to be around that type of person. There’s a lesson in it all!

In the video I give you a real life scenario of how these roles play out among a family dynamic. And what that looks like to even switch roles with one another throughout the same lifetime together.

But you can also witness these dynamics in any kind of setting, work, home, school, etc.

ARCHANGEL METATRON GUIDED MEDITATION

“GOD’S LOVE IS ME”

A couple of weeks ago before bed, I sat in meditation and saw myself again in Metatron’s library.

I felt the space empty, my own private library. I went to the center of the library and laid on the ground. Staring up at the glowing ceiling I heard the phrase “God’s Love is Me”.

This phrase has become something I say often to fall asleep and I find there are days I wake up with it repeating in my head.

The phrase sounds so simple. Yet repeating it has had a powerful effect on me.

I have made it into a meditation for you because I know you will immediately feel how special it is as well.

A couple of months ago when I sat down to take this work seriously the first Angel to make his presence known by name was Archangel Metatron.

He immediately showed me his role as the “home” for all of the other angels. How he relates to Divine Mother, and mainly his role as The Library.

When I tell you, I was itching to talk about his Library from the very beginning of the Podcast, but felt I needed to sit with it for a while and experience it fully before I could put it into words.

Metatron is the processing center of all the lifetimes we’ve ever lived.

He showed this library as a place where there are no books, nothing mental is needed to be done there. It is a state of awareness that brings Cosmic Understanding to all that we “are” and ever will be.

The library opens up a world of empathy towards not only our own lives and the choices we have made but also the choices and roles others play in our lives. (more on the roles we play in next week’s episode).

I cannot describe how much I think this Library is the key to all healing.

My hope is for you to eventually bypass what little I could explain and truly have your own experience in meditation or in the dream state of experiencing the bliss of Metatron’s Library.

Simply listen to the guided meditation, or sincerely ask Metatron before sleep to give you your own experience of his Library.

But if you want a little guidance, below you will find a guided meditation walking you through the library experience in the way that I first experienced it. Of course this space is not defined by that and should be cultivated in your own mind’s eye so that it becomes a comfortable place that you easily can return to over and over again.

I personally think of myself sitting in this space at the end of the night before I go to sleep. I imagine myself simply resting there, allowing my awareness to become unified again with Source and letting go of all of the “ego identity” I built up from being a human all day.

Every time I sit in the library I have dreams that night of past lives. So be prepared for a journey not only into accepting the decisions you’re making in this life but also within those other lives you are currently living.
