I got a newsletter a few weeks ago where it highlighted some of the atrocities going on around the world. Not just in the Middle East, but everywhere. I know how sensitive I am with imagery and thought i’ll just read it not look at the photos. But of course one of the first photos caught my eye and it was of children who were victims of war.
The children’s faces…. the grieving faces of the people around them…the blue skies above the scene appearing to be a day that was like any other on the planet….
All of it felt so heavy.
I thought of the men in suits somewhere that benefit from war. From selling weapons, selling genocide, essentially using the casualty of humans on this planet for their own greedy game.
I felt that if humanity could just take a peek at what’s REALLY happening behind those closed doors the world would wake up. The game would be over right?
But the problem is that as a collective. We ourselves are working day to day to survive and take care of our families and our fluctuating mental health. We feel so small and helpless compared to what’s going on in the world. A protest, a fundraiser, coming together in small groups hoping for change. What else can we actually do?
I closed that newsletter, put my phone down and called on the Angels to guide my emotions.
Despite knowing that this world is an illusion, we still have the responsibility to be aware of what is going on in the illusion, and to place our love there.
Lets not confuse this with placing our “identity” in the illusion, yet place our LOVE there. (more on that in episode 11 with Archangel Chamuel 💕)
As I sat there with my eyes closed, I could feel the confusion, fear, the rage, and frustrations of my fellow human brothers and sisters and I could feel Mother Earth perceiving the conflict from a loving receiving womb.
Holding her children in her heart while she witnesses so much death and conflict. I sat with all these emotions and cried about it all.
I sensed my own worries about what I could do, and not doing enough. I thought of my own children and the innocent life they live without knowing how much chaos is out there.
I thought about how one day they could be amongst chaos and would they remember to reach into themselves and pray before they react? Would they remember to surrender any fears to Source and move with a deeper understanding of the symbolism and patterns of this matrix?
As I sat in meditation I felt Archangel Uriel simply state:
“Trust me, all is well. Changes need to happen and are happening in this moment as you sit in meditation.”
Aum Lam Uneri Lam
Pronunciation (Ahm - Lahm - OO-near-ie - Lahm)
This mantra Uriel gives is to help remove fear. To keep you grounded in the body while also igniting a cosmic understanding. It assists you in processing fear and emotions related to chaos, to recenter and connect with Mother Earth.
To feel secure enough, clear enough, grounded enough to breathe life into your actions. This is a cosmic-earth balancing mantra.
While doing this meditation you may also feel the presence of Archangel Azrael whose code connects us with this earth experience.
You can change the world by changing your frequency which changes how you speak, how you react, and then, and only then, what you do.
You will do everything from a centered place.
Let no one convince you that praying is not as important as physical activism.
It absolutely is.
