Oh how I’ve missed sharing these messages….

Hi Angels!

So many signs this spring were pointing me to share again through Substack and my Youtube channel.

The last two years I went through a lot of experimenting with how I wanted to share all that is in my heart.

Recently I found on my computer a few messages and meditations that I recorded but never finished editing. I listened to them and felt my heart open again. I cried, listened again…and couldn't believe how relevant the messages felt to the inner work i’ve been going through.

I thought a lot about why I stopped.

The hours of editing, the visions and messages that felt too foggy in my consciousness to share, the pressure to get it right, the insecurity of making videos and having very little feedback assuming no one out there was listening.

Then at different times throughout the last several months, three different people told me how much they had loved the meditations. Each time I was like “hmmmm..ok”, but when the third person told me, she said something that I needed to know.

That the messages were necessary. Even if just for a few listeners. It was important work to continue.

People were out there listening, and it impacted them enough to tell me two years later….at just the time I needed to hear it.

It felt like yet another sign to start again.

So this past week I recorded my first meditation in a long time. I let go of my perfectionism and the idea of needing the perfect setup, hair done, or my sound bowls etc and just read from my journal from 2 years ago adding on a short meditation. I hope you enjoy!
